Diving into the Vortex

I miss this tourist trap of my youth. Once near the upper Rogue River, Uncanny Canyon now under the water of Lost Creek Lake. So, here's what I'm wondering. Do the unexplainable disturbances of the vortex still work underwater? Once avoided by land animals and birds, do fish now avoid swimming in this submerged canyon? What would it be like to scuba dive into the canyon? I wonder if they make wetsuits in Coyote's size and shape? We could easily bribe this unkillable trickster with a tasty doggy treat to go down and find out. It's a better dive than his current hobby of urban dumpster diving, and he's an uncanny kind of pooch. A good match, and better him than me!
